Yes, our team operates across various time zones, allowing us to offer almost 24/7 top-ups. There's always someone online to handle your requests, ensuring uninterrupted scaling and steady cash flow management.
How many ad accounts can I obtain?
There is no limit on the number of ad accounts you can get. This depends on your monthly ad spend and compliance with Media Channel policies. If everything is in order, there is no cap.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we offer the option to top up your ad account using credit cards through Stripe. Please note that there is an extra processing fee for all top-ups made via Stripe.
How do I get support for my ad account?
Each client has a dedicated Slack channel with their Account Managers for direct support, as well as access to a self-service helpdesk. This helpdesk covers various processes such as new ad account requests, account top-ups, appeals, and training.
Is there a setup fee for new accounts?
No, there is no such fees. Your monthly payment includes all of this and you are eligible to get as many ad accounts as required. Only condition is to be compliant with Platform Policies.
